Rates

Our rates section provides transparent pricing information for our services, allowing you to easily understand the costs associated with each service we offer. Whether you are looking for pricing on a specific service or want to compare different packages, our rates section will help you make informed decisions that suit your budget and needs. We believe in providing clear and competitive rates to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Late Arrivals: Our drivers will contact you upon arrival and will wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please notify us immediately so we can arrange for our next available driver.

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for any trip cancellations.

Wait Time Rate: For round trips with drop-off locations exceeding 25 miles from our office locations that necessitate over 30 minutes of waiting time, a wait time rate of $30.00 per hour for passenger transportation or $40.00 per hour for wheelchair transportation will be applied in 15-minute increments.

** Surcharge Rate: Trips originating from pick-up addresses beyond 15 miles from our office locations will incur a surcharge rate of $1.25 per mile for each additional mile after the initial 15 miles.

*** Deadhead Rates: For one-way trips where the drop-off location is more than 25 miles from our office locations, a deadhead rate of $0.50 per mile will be charged.
